Summaria IP Summit: Choosing Search Perspective as an essential skill in patent search (YouTube) (in Japanese)
Speaker: Yoshihide Tsunobuchi (角渕 由英), Ph.D, QPIP, Patent Attorney, Lexceed Law Firm
From the fundamentals of successfully leveraging generative AI to practical use cases of " Summaria " in FTO (Freedom to Operate) searches.
When using generative AI for patent searches, simply inputting development materials or invention documents as-is often fails to establish a clear evaluative perspective, leading to inconsistent search results. This seminar focuses on the crucial concept of "defining the perspective," explaining concrete methods for setting search perspectives and outlining how to conduct FTO searches using " Summaria."
